well its up to the team how they deliver and show to all investor that this is a trusted project and have big different to other exchange,I think it becomes more attractive because of ico rating.

Ico rating is not always a basis to say that the project has a potential, yes we could say that some investors see and check the rating of every ico but the factors always lies in the potential and the platform or concept of one project. If investors read the whitepaper and see that this is a promising project then its enough for them to invest.
