No, you are wrong; there is a risk in bounty campaigns. The risk is that you will have to work for two to three months and when the ICO listed in exchange and get nothing, they will not pay you. If it gets funds then they will give you your share according to your stacks and tokens. There is no money risk in bounty campaigns but a risk of time. Anyway campaigns are better because no money needed for investment.
