The domain is valued at $4,100 on just about any evaluation site (for example https://www.godaddy.com/domain-value-appraisal) - I have a receipt from Godaddy showing where it was purchased for $5,000. At $4,100, that would be over 120% of the minimum price of the domain. Domain is 18 years old and is a highly sought after domain due to gambling. Was considering selling it, but would rather take out a loan and get the domain back after paying off.
