The problem seems to be that between this URL: bitblender5iclkw.onion and this URL:

bitblendervrfkzr.onion

My deposit addresses are different. Though on both sites I am able to message support and receive answers? I am unable to get a PGP ownership from: bitblender5iclkw.onion but I do have the option to get one from: bitblendervrfkzr.onion

This makes no sense and what I deposited I needed for my electric bill which is about to get shut off.

bitblender5iclkw.onion is a MITM proxy to the real Bitcoin Blender site, any bitcoin addresses sent through their proxy will be replaced with theirs and they might hide some features like you mention the link to the Proof of Ownership PGP message.
