They knew what are the needs of the customer. Concepts and features are pattern to the needs of blockchain. I think they looking forward on the result of this project so whatever the concern they can improve it.

But the freelancer getting only small amount compare on what they are contributing it's because of the big amount of transaction fee.
By the help of this project they lessen the work and hassle on the job and save more because of the cheaper amount of transaction fee.
