You are very correct about this. Panicking will never do anything good for investors as it will only lead to making wrong decision which will cause regret later when the market recovers. The main thing is just to be patient and keep calm and then hope for the best to come.

especially for new players, the current market conditions are certainly very heavy,
and makes them tend to be more afraid or panic in making a decision.
