My account was banned 7 days, now it's more than 7 days but my account is still banned, what should I do? Can anyone help? 
Im on a temporary ban too for 7 days but it already exceeded and Im annoyed with it.

as well as the pinned posts /stickies / in those sections you are about to post, because after 7 days ban then next step will be a permaban.
