You cannot predict when the market is going to pump and when it's going to dump, what you are asking is simply impossible I know that in theory it seems very easy to do but when you actually try to do it you will find that is impossible, I'll save you the trouble and all the money that you are going to lose if you try to do that, discard that idea and try to find another way to make money.

But as far as I know there are people who are experts in reading movements and also market statistics, they often share their experiences and will even share their predictions about the next market movement. But I personally do not want to believe it just like that, because after all their predictions are not always right and might just approach it. So to predict the market is very difficult, but if you are able to continue to study and try, and then from that experience you will get a little more knowledge for trading to be better.

But what those people are doing are not exactly predictions, what they are doing is to see how the market has behaved in the past and using statistics and probabilities, they are trying to determine what are the chances that the price moves in one direction or the other and they try to position themselves in the right side of each trade, that is all, but technically that is not a prediction.
