I am not that proficient as a trader but it would be better if you just continue trading and learn from your trades. If you are losing then try to find ways so that you can at least minimize your losses and then much better if you would have an idea then when you are going to buy and sell and not just buy and sell blindly. I think there is no exact right time when it comes to trading because whatever market it is, you can still earn from it because there are coins that are still going up even if we are in a bear market.
