Bitcoin will reach to $20k again because with the rise of market cap and it possible that it never reach to $20k if it found no investment funds. Price depends upon demand and demand depends upon trust of the people. If people trust bitcoin and they understand the benefits and importance of bitcoin they will definitely put their money in bitcoin and thus the price will go up.
