I just tried to send a PM to the admin here on the forum but he is inactive since a year...

It's bad. I have there some amount of Bitcoin from the faucet and my referral earnings. I completely forget about them.
If they are inactive on all contact channels, is it service functional? whether someone uses them on any website?
