It's great, isn't it!? Hopefully, they will have enough users that will make full use of the 24/7 live support! This is a massive selling point and this level of support is unparalleled when compared to exisiting exchanges.

this is a very interesting feature but i will advice they list out the language they are going to be offering so that it will become clear to their community but like i said this is a very impressive service

Ya its inportant to cover all languages and if not be clear regardless of what will be covered as theirs a lot of dialects and languages and you want to be clear which your looking to fully support

That's great idea, I guess while registering to platform if user chooses their languages so it will also work to reply in user's language while giving support.

Hopefully Onam can become a leading stock exchange and can follow in the footsteps of a market that is very successful now
