I think they don't aware or don't care, but comfort and ego. Crypto can only be seen digital, in contrast to luxury that can be seen as real as gold, fiat, or home. And we might not know whether they have crypto or not.
Historically, the money system has changed over time, from barter to the present, for now crypto still cannot replace fiat position, more precisely crypto we call digital assets

But I believe surely it will change the people minds about the cryptos and the we will call it as crypto currency not crypto assets or something like that.It will take time for that to spread everywhere nothing in this world will come at instant it needs to survive the difficulties.
