What is merge mining pool?
Will miners can easilly switch between AON and BSM as their received mining rewards?
Whichever coin they mine, they can config their target received mining rewards?

With merged mining you will get both coins rewards. You will get AEON and Bitsum. It means that your hash power is used more efficiently as you get 2 coins with the same hash power.
