Appears that way. When they first started they had bounty campaigns on bitcointalk, so you would think they believed in the benefits of promoting the project through here.

they got what they wanted from this community. now they have nothing to do with it.. this thread and this forum was only useful as long as the bounty program was active and their ICO was active. that time they needed investors and marketing which they got from from where. now they don't want such thing. so they are not giving any update here as bicointalk is not their priority anymore.

Yep, this is the irony of almost every ico project on BCT.
When they have finished with ico and all Bounty programs, they are like letting the community here without provide updates
