Hes offering a coin to the first ten people but the coin does not come with any BTC attached. It is just a gold plated BTC looking coin. No actual BTC value. Still, could easily be a scam.
Yes the coin is physical without BTC attached. It's a souvenir/gift because you were from the first people that placed a bet. But the prize will be real 1BTC..
