Well, you do not live in Ukraine! How do you know what is best in our country? Or you could live on $ 150 with a gas price of $ 0.3 per 1 cubic meter (with an average consumption of 400-500 cubes per month in winter) and I am not talking about other costs (food, clothing, etc., etc.)
