It's odd it doesn't show the link or handle for either group or its moderator.
If you search for "BinanceBlockchain" however it shows older group with same logo and just 1 member.

Someone organized it and added you, there is a guide there on how you can avoid it later. I was added recently which is why I tried to leave out from groups which I counted more than 12 groups I never knew I joined.

Thank you, it is helpful to understand how I ended up here. Indeed I've been a member to several ICO groups, was doing a research on blockchain solutions for supply chain & logistics.

Reported the group as Spam and deleted it.
