Exactly, there are many problems in paper/physical currency and governments have implememted limitations by many ways on fiat money.
So, people can clearly point out which currency to prefer for their future use and opt bitcoin as their primary currency and this act will gradually replace paper money

Ofcourse, you are right government will not give green signal for fait currency straight away. Real currency is one which heads the economy and growth of a country also they have to take the responsibility in tough situations. Like when the value goes down. I guess fiat currency will not be replaced as real currency.

Yeah I believe that bitcoin will take over the market in the future. From barter system we reached to cryptocurrency. I dont know about other cryptos but I am sure about bitcoin that it will be the mainstream and everyone will use bitcoin for his daily needs. We will enjoy cashless world in the future due to blockchian and crypto. Governments will also legalize bitcoin soon.
