From the above definition, Forum is currently taking account of first 2 points only for permabanning user. If we start enforcing the last point, then I guess we will permaban all useless shit poster who are just posting content then the link.
Even examples discussed in this thread "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5051292.msg46960198#msg46960198" will also fall in plagiarism
