That's a good question. According to the website, it's still the second stage of pre-ICO, but as far as I understand it was last updated in September.

The Ico should start next month according to their webpage but I will wait until an official confirmation.

Are you talking about old roadmap or the new one? Because as far as i remember, the ico will happen after mvp which was march 2019.
