I think that the public sale was still not officially announced by the team.

Well something was written on their Telegram group, I do not know was it an official announcement ....

It would be nice if they would write some announcements on their website as well so we can end our speculations. Smiley  Blog has been inactive for 2 months already.

Definitely. This long long hiatus period certainly did not help. They should definitely start working on the project promotion as soon as the situation on the market becomes normal.
