Definitely. This long long hiatus period certainly did not help. They should definitely start working on the project promotion as soon as the situation on the market becomes normal.

If by "normal" we mean a constant bullish trend, then ok. But for a market still in its early days, characterized until now by a high volatility, talking about "normality" does not make much sense. It's time that the companies begin to consider it before they go for an ICO.
