View public wallet/government funds? It should be available for the public's view as far as I know as it is supposed to be mandated by the Constitution or it maybe not as for other countries I guess? As for my country, it is available for the public but nobody cares unless someone big time spends it on something it shouldn't be spent on.

At least, if we get to see some of the government spendings being available to the public view, it would bring about some level of transparency within the system of governance and we will get to see things being done differently than it used to.

I am from a place where accountability and transparency is not even something to write home about, and exposing the way money is going for some activities, will really expose some certain things and will make a lot of things become glaring for the citizens view and to question some acts and things undone, when considering the amount allocated for such projects. This is something that I believe will bring about monitoring and evaluation in the system of governance.
