Yeah i think it will be a better chance to even give the system a little try and see how it works out They should be able to handle that with their number of staff

To try is a good doings in achieving success. It is where the team can find out if doing that thing will work out successfully. Managing each part of the project is highly needed by the developer, so that they know which part they need to monitor and handle. It is easy for them to work because they already know which part they need to work out.
