Noise is irrelevant for me.

If you remove the blue wire from the fan connector, the fan will spin a full speed all of the time (~3500 rpm). Note that this may shorten the life of the fan, so try it at your own risk.

I added a fan on the back side to suck out more hot air. It cools nicely.

When I actually get out of bed, i'll go downstairs and take a picture of it. The fan is being powered by the power supply.
