They not really hate Bitcoin, Some countries are not yet ready for adopting it , that is why they are not using it, and they don't have enough knowledge on blockchain they are just protecting their people to avoid being scam, if they have enough knowledge for it then I'm sure that they will adopt the bitcoin and if they know it will help the economy of their country.

That's because regulations for the use of bitcoin are not made, so many people are afraid to do bitcoin transactions. Maybe there should be a school that focuses on learning about blockchain.
