Time to hired a community manager and growth the community around the project,with moderator etc Slack is full of problem,even myself been over 8-10month im waiting my email Lol...open a discord channel,everyone would be able to join right away. That's how normally it work... honnestly when a investor recommand that there's an inside problem where decision aren't taken or someone doesn't do his job correctly,prefering platform or idk...
