I'm not pretty sure how they can look for each of the potential investors since the investors here are very anonymous and just investing to be harvested in the future once the ico ends.

Well investors nowadays are very intelligent and observant. They are checking good and posible project in the future. As if the project dont need to literally find investors instead make the project more attractive and progressive so they can ask where they going to visit and check the project. Media and social networks helps the project for the sake of many.

The team shouldn't seek to hold investors, her main goal is high-quality development and improvement of the project, and investors are today, and tomorrow they can become haters.

To hold an investors is not a good idea because it is out of the main goal of the project. It states what you are aiming for but not exactly what is going on.The process of developing the project is not easy but it is under pressure but it will always affect the peoject either positive or negative.
