idk what's going on with the ru mods, but 7 consecutive posts (as it's shown in the OP) with baseless insults and threats are definitely a flood.

I don't know what is written of those posts if it is about the topic then mods won't delete it but when the user got nuked all their posts will get deleted so reporting the profile is the way to go as for now.
As Loycev said having merit requirements to post in ANN section will reduce huge spam here.
