Actually the price has been pretty stable ot around 1 cent for quite a while now (a month or so). But yeah, if he sold at $0.07 it was ATH for his token I think.

Platform is still during beta stage and the rewards aren't that big right now. Chris mentioned several times that after the public launch, you will be able to earn around $8/hour doing all kinds of tasks.
