If your withdrawal is just small amount then it is obviously annoying. They should have better service if they want to make their players stays as long as possible. Usually, once a player feel uncomfortable with something on the site then he will not come back again.

I'm a regular user here. I know it takes time to receive withdrawal from here as it is manual. But long time wait & manual withdrawals really annoying. My withdrawal isn't too big. It's 0.013BTC

Alexa your withdrawal is umder manual review. Our systems sometime puts some withdrawals under manual review. Those withdrawals take time. This is just routine check nothing to worry about. And we didn't expect you to write here like this. you have made made more then 20 withdrawals from us until now.

Manual withdrawals were taking 4-6 hours before. But now it is taking more time. It is long time we had instant withdrawals at goup!
