Hmmm, I just checked the future (vods can do that) and nothing happened. :/
While Thule may need to prove his case he can still drag vod into a court room and cost him money defending himself.
It will cost him money (he doesn't have) to file and follow through.
I will defend myself, costing nothing.
The judge will dismiss his case and he and I will laugh about it over dinner.
