If this thing does benefit you then why not? Not all people will really have the time on doing meditation in times of stress and depression. We have our own way on handling ourselves and
some doesn't have much control which leads into wrong decisions. Trading is very stressing because we are almost guessing and predicting all the times together investing with money and its
normal for us to get worried.

Times of stress and depression are the times when it's most important to find the time to meditate, just those few minutes each day can make a monumental difference. Even people who are of sound mind can benefit from meditation, it's not just for people who are struggling.
