You're talking out of your ass. This is not true. Where did you see a boom in December 2014? It was the first year of the bear market just like 2018 is and it ended in a bearish pattern.
There's no way to predict if next month will be bullish or bearish. For now the bear market has been losing steam but nobody knows the date of the reversal.
