Ether delta's CEO was charged by SEC for offering unregistered tokens on U.S territory. This is first charge against any decentralized exchange I hope Ethershift will be read to take necessary steps anticipated. It looks like it will be hard for DEX's to operate on in the states without acquiring license and if they do they aren't DEX's anymore. I would like to get Ethershift's opinion on this.

Thanks! We agree. There is a huge market for people that want to continue buying and selling tokens without sending their ID and personal info to a foreign business with no oversight.
