When we say "the bitcointalk bounty campaign" or bitcointalk bounty program, it means that those tokens are being reserved for bitcointalk bounty activities. Apologies if there is any confusion, but we are glad to hear that Omnity's project is doing well and their product is functional already! Thanks to everyone for your support.
