In any kind of down trend or bear market the ones that are really affected are the small time investors / players that entered the market while its at its peak because the have seen their assets plummet to the point that they cannot compensate for their initial investment and become in debts, however if the investor knows when to enter a market even when the market is in a down trend then they can have profits. The problem and negativity that we are experiencing right now is not because of the current situation of the market but what the small time investors are experiencing because of lack of knowledge.
