We could buy more if we have enough money to risk. Anyways, everything around and in all form of investment have risk maybe you should think about it before taking a steps. Bitcoin price is too far from 2017 and you've been lucky if you don't buy bitcoin last year during its ATH cause it absolutely a big loss for you.

If you will just start having BtC now then its good to buy at sell it when it high a little, but if you buy during pump it might be a regrettable to do so.
