I thought the bank buy in was pretty big news...it's not exactly soundbite stuff I grant you but sometimes business news isn't exactly razzle dazzle unless its spun like roulette wheel. I know you yourself have commented that banks are not exactly stable institutions but I suspect Neo has not taken this step lightly.
