I think, most of the jobs that are connected with the money, brings stress. You need to cope with it. Some guys take pills but I do not recommend it. It is easier to calm down yourself, taking everything as it is.

therefore the work related to money such as trade will not always experience stability, so we all simply monitor prices so that we can get profits when selling coins that we have and never panic in trading

Some people think that trading is unhealthy due to volatile market, but if you're going to think of long term basis you won't regret dealing with it. Trading is good if you hit your motivations and yet it won't give us a headache once your holdings will successfully gain bigger returns.
