That is true,that Agate is trying to be way more tan just paypal for cryptocurrencies.

I see it as an easy way to give a definition of what the Agate project stands for and the services it intends to provide to the general public which is some how similar to what PayPal is providing but on the crypto aspect through blockchain technology.
