Well, they're only being attacked because they're hosted in the U.S. Ethershift previously mentioned that they're hosted in Antigua so it's very difficult to attack them in a country that gives them the utmost protection.

I think with Forkdelta going down, people will be looking for a superior alternative, and Ethershift looks like just that.

Yes, Hope Ethershift doesn't get into trouble like IDEX and forkdelta and is able to provide decentralized and anonymous transactions that are the main purpose of cryptocurrencies.
I personally think that Ethershift will manage to do that.
