cards are not issued by minexpay or chain2pay. They are not the card issuer. The bank is.

These are pilot cards as you can clearly see from thr minexpay interface. Pilot is done first before the cards are issued to the masses.

You dont even know what so called pilot cards are. It is first batch of fully functioning cards ,with company logos,name of user ,etc issued to company for user test.These are no blank,no name,no logo cards.
Look at Bitpay card issued by Metropolitan bank. There is Bitpay logo on its front,not the bank one.
In this promo video there are no single frame where we can see card. Card without Minex or Chain2Pay logo on it is not theirs card.That is reason why no one from Minex didnt show in video.They know the ugly truth,so they unleashed theirs dogs to sacrifice for the "greater good" and attract some naive people in this falling project.
