They raised a good money for development (as I remember they raised around 28 mln usd on ICO). I dont know why their development going so slowly...

Because the plans are not executed. And you need to consider that we did not write these plans. This was done by the team. No one forced you to set a high bar that you can not jump over.

I think the team said many times why they fall behind the schedule and Borodich also touched upon this subject in AMA. What's the point of talking about the same thing again and again? That's a completely new project, they didn't know that it would turn out that way. I don't see the problem here. Things are getting done, that means we will get to the finish eventually.
