Positivity could never be retrieved by any negative vibe element. There must be control on mind and if you are much frustrated, go better to gym or something productive, dont proceed to unethical activities.

Well sometimes these unethical activities takes one's mind away from stress. I don't think it's that bad if watching porn can ease your mind. Different people have different ways of coping up with stress so you have to know what works for you. It's important for a trader mainly to have their focus away from trading once in a while.
