Few tokens have listed in the exchangers but there value is very very low that can't cover my sending, selling and withdraw fees. In my experience, if a token costs nothing right after it gets listed on exchanges (and if voulumes are miserable), there's almost no chance to see it pumping in the future. So I just forget about such tokens and move on. There're hundreds of bounties and I might be lucky with the next one I pick.
