I believe that fake documents are always harmful. Therefore, I am glad that an application will appear on the market with the help of which it will be possible to check diplomas and certificates and establish their authenticity.

I agree with you. People with fake diplomas can be harmful in the workplace. And every employer wants to see in them real professionals and not people who have bought a diploma
