More and more people are using chat-bots - after all, getting a response from support immediately, and not a few hours later, is sometimes critically important.

In my opinion, it's much more effective to solve a question with a person, since the chat-bot does not know the all answer on your question.

I think, if you have some bot, that can answer to the most popular questions you can save some money and dont need so a lot of support or call centre.
