He means that using the browser add-on you canroute nly browser traffic via VPN, but nothing else
(example: games, chat apps, etc)

I know what I mean, it was my own question. But I am yet to get a reply.

The answer is that with the current product (browser extension) only your browser's traffic goes encrypted through the remote node, the rest of your traffic (games,updates,messengers) use your IP.
When we release our VPN the whole traffic will be encrypted and will use the remote node.
